A Message from Your 2026 President
Dear KARL Members and Community Partners,
It is a great honor and privilege to serve as the 2026 President of the Korean Association of Real Estate and Lenders of Northern California (KARL). I am deeply grateful for the trust and support of our members, Board of Directors, and past leaders who have built a strong foundation for this organization.
KARL has long stood as a pillar of support for real estate and lending professionals while advocating for homeownership, professional excellence, and community empowerment within the Korean American and broader AAPI communities. As we move into 2026, my vision is to continue strengthening our network, expanding educational opportunities, and fostering meaningful collaboration among our members.
This year, we will focus on:
- Enhancing member engagement and professional development
- Strengthening partnerships with industry leaders and community organizations
- Supporting initiatives that promote sustainable homeownership and economic growth
- Encouraging the next generation of real estate and lending professionals through mentorship and leadership opportunities
KARL’s success has always been driven by the passion, dedication, and volunteer spirit of its members. I encourage each of you to stay involved, share your ideas, and take part in our events and programs. Together, we can continue to elevate our profession and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.
