Dear Members of the Korean Association of Real Estate and Lenders of Northern California,

As we step into 2025, I am both honored and excited to serve as your President. Whether

you're a new member or a seasoned leader, I want to thank you for being an integral part of

this incredible community.

KARL has always been more than an association; we are a family bound by a shared

mission to uplift one another, support AAPI homeownership, and create opportunities in

real estate and lending. Together, we’ve built something truly special, a network that

empowers, inspires, and grows stronger each year.

Most importantly, my door is always open. I want to hear your ideas, celebrate your wins,

and work through challenges together. This association thrives because of your energy,

passion, and commitment.
